about

A Thermal Fatigue Machine assesses the performance of metals and plastics at elevated temperatures. Thermal fatigue results in surface cracking, which if left untreated, can result in catastrophic damage to the material being tested.

The eleven tracks on this release have been subjected to The Creeping Man's version of a thermal fatigue machine. The warbles, cracking, and glitching throughout this ephemeral sonic landscape is the consequence of extended late-night recording sessions processed through elevated waves of reverb, delay, and pitch adjustments.
